Long Buckby-based Daedalus, a new branding and design agency, has officially launched in Northamptonshire with a mission to deliver innovative and tailored creative solutions. Founded by partners Natalie Snee and Jack Castro, the agency specialises in helping businesses and organisations elevate their branding, with a strong focus on the education sector.
Daedalus provides a comprehensive range of services, from branding and graphic design to creating engaging learning materials. Dedicated to supporting SMEs and training providers, the agency seeks to make learning more effective and accessible by transforming course materials into visually compelling and impactful resources.
“We’ve always been passionate about the power of education to change lives,” said co-founder and Creative Director Natalie Snee, who has over 10 years of design experience. “By partnering with organisations in this sector, we aim to create designs that not only look great but also enhance the learning experience.”
Jack Castro added: “We want to take the stress out of branding and design for educators and businesses alike, delivering solutions that are as innovative as they are practical.”
The creation of Daedalus is a testament to the resilience of its founders. In 2017, Natalie left her job to pursue the business, only for their five-year-old son to be diagnosed with a life-threatening condition a month later. Over the next 18 months, Natalie lived in hospital with her son, who underwent six life-saving surgeries, while Jack managed work, cared for their younger child, and took hospital shifts on weekends. Their shared determination to build Daedalus emerged stronger than ever, inspired by their desire to create a lasting legacy.
Currently collaborating with a range of SMEs, Daedalus offers services such as rebranding, tailored graphics, and developing training materials like e-books. The agency’s goal is to become a trusted partner for growing businesses, providing practical, high-quality design solutions.
