Tiny Totz Kidz, a top children’s music label, has introduced a new album aimed at nurturing young minds through music and mindfulness.
Launched in time for Mental Health Awareness Week this May, Tiny Moments of Peace – Meditations for Kids is a thoughtful compilation of tracks that encourage self-soothing, focus, and emotional resilience in children.
The album includes breathing exercises set to calming music and peaceful nature-inspired melodies, carefully designed to support children in managing stress and emotions. Each track is structured to offer a unique moment of calm—from energising resets to deep relaxation sessions.
With seven distinct tracks to choose from, children and adults alike can pick the meditation that suits their needs at any time of day.
“At Tiny Totz Kidz, we believe music is more than just entertainment – it’s a powerful tool for emotional growth and well-being,” said Julian Lyons, CEO of Tiny Totz Kidz.
“By blending music with mindfulness, Tiny Moments of Peace offers an engaging way for parents, educators, and caregivers to support children’s mental health.
“Whether at home, in classrooms, or before bedtime, these songs create opportunities for young listeners to slow down, breathe, and find balance in their daily lives.”
According to NHS Digital’s 2023 findings, the number of children experiencing mental health issues has steadily risen—reaching one in five for those aged 5 to 16, compared to one in nine in 2017.
Julian Lyons added: “Research shows that the need for accessible, practical tools to help young minds manage stress and anxiety has never been greater.
“With Tiny Moments of Peace, we hope to give children simple yet effective ways to find moments of calm, build resilience, and navigate their emotions with confidence.”
Since 2020, Tiny Totz Kidz has aimed to uplift and educate children through playful, meaningful, and mindful music experiences.
Tiny Moments of Peace – Meditations for Kids is now streaming on all major music platforms.
